How does this website work?

Firstly, you need to create an InflowChain account to use this website for the purpose of sending, receiving, requesting payments, buying and selling crypto currencies. You can do this by navigating to the "Sign Up" button on the website.

Can I start using my account immediately?

Yes, you can start using your account to fund and withdraw immediately after verifying your account,  No limitation on selling of crypto externally. To get your account verified, you need to upload your ID showing your legal name on your account.

What type of ID do you accept for verification?

To get your account verified, you need to upload any government issued ID showing your full legal name and date of birth, this can be 

  1.  International Passport
  2. Driver License
  3. National ID card
  4. Permanent Voters card
  5. Residence permit

Please note that no other form of document will be accepted apart from the above listed.

How long does it take to verify my InflowChain Account?

After uploading your valid ID verification usually takes 1 - 5hrs (Monday - Saturday). If you receive no response after 24hrs, please contact our support team by raising a support ticket through the InflowChain support system.

My account is not Verified after 48 hours what can I do?

Check that you have not received a response from us about the reason for this by checking your email inbox. You may need to check your spam folder too. If no response has been received, you will need to use the support system to raise a ticket an a agent will get in touch with you. 

Do I need to verify my account before selling my e-currency on InflowChain?

No. selling crypto currency on InflowChain does not require any verification. We assume AML policy still holds since you will be accepting cash into your own bank account. However, your banking details must match the name on your profile (name supplied during the registration). So, you can register and sell your e-currency to us immediately after registration otherwise Withdrawal request will be placed on hold.

What is your minimum and maximum transaction limit?

Minimum amount you can sell or withdraw from your Inflowchain wallet is $20, wallet maximum daily funding is $1,000. Selling Crypto to us has no limit and there's no verification needed

Can I withdraw to my dollar domiciliary account?

Occasionally, we allow this for withdrawal starting from $500 with a fee of 6% of the total amount of e-currency withdrawn. Customer needs to communicate with us about this prior to withdrawal. We can be reached via the support center in finance department.

What is the minimum and maximum funding per transaction?

Minimum amount you can fund/buy is $20 and maximum wallet funding per transaction is $1,000

  • Note that if you fund below $20 your Transaction will not be completed

What is order ID number?

From inside your InflowChain wallet what you will see is an order number which is a particular Transaction identification number. It is unique digit codes for a particular transaction, either a funding or withdrawal and its very important to quote this number to our staff anytime you are requesting a help

How long does it take you to fund my E-currency account after deposit?

 If you're funding your wallet is instant if you pay through card payment or paypal but bank payment will take 3-5 working days, if you're selling Crypto from external wallet it takes our network 30 minutes to one hour to confirm your payment and when it's confirmed your payment will be processed.

I have just made a withdrawal, how long does take you to credit my bank account?

It takes 3-5 working days as per wire transfer Policy. Paypal payment is within 6hours (Note that your bank account may be deposited at the evening time.)

Can I have more than one Inflowchain Account?

No, we encourage a single account per customer only. This is to prevent duplicate and redundant accounts and to prevent money laundering. Customers are advised to verify their account so that they will be able to fund or use their account.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

We can offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy (minus service charge).

What is your working hour?

We work from 9am to 6pm from monday to friday.

When is the exchange rate of bitcoin to fiat fixed during the exchange?

When you login and navigate to crypto operations you will see rate table and when buying the crypto rate is fixed at the time of creating an application for 30 minutes to make a payment, and when selling - after the 2nd confirmation of the bitcoin transaction.

How quickly will I receive crypto currency after making a purchase order?

Crypto currency is sent automatically, selling from external wallet is confirmed within 30 minutes. Further, the speed of enrollment depends solely on the load on the blockchain network. To receive Crypto Currency instantly we suggest you fund your wallet and buy Crypto using InflowChain funds

Which bank card can I withdraw bitcoin through your service?

At the moment, Inflowchain allows you to withdraw bitcoin to Visa and MasterCard cards of any banks in Ukraine.

Is the service for only Ukrainians?

the service is not for only Ukrainians, customers are required to fund their InflowChain wallet for easy buy.

What currency will I receive money in?

Money is always credited to the account in the currency of the card or bank account, the number of which you indicated in the application. Be careful when choosing a payment instrument and entering details. Please note that the credit card payment is available only to cards of Ukrainian banks, therefore, when you enter a foreign card, the payment will not work.

When will i receive my money?

As a rule, money is credited to the card within 20 - 30minutes after receiving the second confirmation in the bitcoin network.

How will foreigners receive their payment and in what currency?

All Transactions are in US dollars ($)

NOTE:- (If it's Nigerian bank account payment can be processed same day by our Payment system and funding will be in naira as per our rate in naira after confirmation on the blockchain network)

Why is my transaction taking so long to process?

As a rule, it takes 5-20 minutes before the first confirmation of the transaction is received in the network, the payment is initiated after the second confirmation. Sometimes a transaction takes longer. This can happen for a variety of reasons. For example:

  1. If the blockchain network is overloaded. Unfortunately, this does not depend on our service.
  2. you indicated a small commission for the transaction on the network.

The service reports that the transaction has been processed, but I have not received the money to the card. Why?

Perhaps the incoming payment to the card fell under the financial monitoring of your bank and requires time for processing by the operator. Contact your bank for details. If the bank asks for additional information, our finance support department at the support center will be happy to help.

Can I cancel a transaction?

No, transactions on the blockchain network are irreversible. If the funds have been successfully sent, the transaction cannot be canceled. The only way we can help is to provide the details of the recipient. Therefore, before sending BTC and making a payment, be sure to check the accuracy of the specified details and the amount. 

GOODNEWS!: crypto currency transactions on InflowChain platform can be reported to our abuse department and you will be assisted.

I lost my receipt, what should I do?

 unfortunately you must upload payment receipt/screenshot otherwise payment can not be submitted to our payment processing system.

How does this website work?

Can I start using my account immediately?

Yes, you can start using your account to fund and withdraw immediately. However, there is a funding limit of $300 per day, applicable to UN-VERIFIED accounts. No limitation on withdrawals. To get your account verified, you need to upload your ID showing your full name and a utility bill showing your address.

What type of ID and address or a utility bill do you accept for verification?

To get your account verified, you need to upload any government issued ID showing your full name and date of birth (this can be International Passport, Driver License, National ID card or Permanent Voters card) and a Utility bill showing your address (e.g. Water bill, Electricity Bill, Waste Bill, Bank statement etc). Please note that no other form of document will be accepted apart from the listed.

How long does it take to verify my InflowChain Account?

After uploading your valid ID and an acceptable utility bill, verification usually takes 24 - 48hrs (Monday - Saturday). If you receive no response after 48hrs, please Contact our support team through any of the channels listed at the Contact Us page.

My account is not Verified after 48 hours what can I do?

Check that you have not received a response from us about the reason for this, by checking your email inbox. You may need to check your spam folder too. If no response has been received, you will need to write us on support@inflowchain.net for assistance or use the live chat during the working hour.

Do I need to verify my account before selling my e-currency to your company?

No. Withdrawing from your wallet or selling Crypto to us does not require any verification. We assume AML policy still holds since you will be accepting cash into your own bank account. However, your banking details must match the name on your profile (name supplied during the registration). So, you can register and sell your e-currency to us immediately after registration otherwise Withdrawal request will be placed on hold.

Can I withdraw to my dollar domiciliary account?

Occasionally, we allow this for withdrawal starting from $5,000 with a fee of 10% of the total amount of e-currency withdrawn. Customer needs to communicate with us about this prior to withdrawal. We can be reached via the chat button or raise a support ticket in finance department.

What is the minimum and maximum funding per transaction?

Minimum amount you can fund/buy is $50 but no maximum excluding wallet funding daily limit of $1,000

What is order/reference number?

Order number or a reference number, both mean the same. From inside your InflowChain wallet, what you will see is an order number which is a particular Transaction reference or number. It is  unique digit codes for a particular transaction, either a funding or withdrawal and its very important to quote this number to our staff anytime you are requesting a help via email or on phone

How long does it take you to fund my E-currency account after deposit?

We try our best to make this instant but on some rare occasions, funding maybe extended to 24hrs. Customers should be aware that sometimes it takes bank hours to get funds settled into our bank accounts for some reasons or there may be transactions in queue at our desk which need to be attended before yours. We urge customers to wait for at least 5hrs after deposit before submitting any complaint of funding.

I have just made a withdrawal, how long does take you to credit my bank account?

We offer same day (instant) withdrawal but sometimes this maybe extended to 24hrs (Monday - Sunday). Note that your bank account may be deposited at the evening time.

Can I have more than one Inflowchain Account?

No, we encourage a single account per customer only. This is to prevent duplicate and redundant accounts and to prevent money laundering. Customers are advised to verify their account so that they will be able to fund any amount without limitation. Also, customer can fund countless of e-currency account numbers per day.

Can I pay cash at your office?

Yes, you can pop into any of our offices near you to make a cash deposit or safely use the point of sales terminer (POS) to topup your wallets and have your account funded while you wait.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

We can offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy (minus service charge).

What is your working hours?

We work 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday - Friday) and 10:00am to 4:00pm (Saturday) and 1pm to 4pm on Sundays. Our Support phone and live chat are available during the working hours of Monday to Saturday only. However, our cashiers work with email during the other days and hours so you can have your buy or sell orders attended even outside the mentioned hours.

What are the limits on the amounts for the exchange?

When exchanging, you can buy or sell bitcoin for an amount from $50. The maximum amount of one exchange operation depends on the choice of the payment instrument and is set in accordance with the current legislation and the rules of payment systems.

If you want to exchange amounts that exceed the limit, just contact the finance department support and we will promptly offer a convenient option.

What are the limits for withdrawing cryptocurrency to the card?

The limit for withdrawal to hryvnia (UAH) Visa / Mastercard of any Ukrainian bank is 14,900.00 UAH per transaction.
